AOA (에이 오에이) atau Ace Of Angels adalah grup multifungsi (girlband dan band) yang memulai debut tahun 2012 dibawah manajemen FNC Music Korea. Terdiri dari 8 anggota perempuan yaitu JiMin, Choa, Yuna, Youkyoung, Mina, Hyejeong, Seolhyun dan Chanmi.
Delapan anggota AOA diperkenalkan secara individual melalui 8 teaser berbeda yang dirilis disitus resminya dari mulai tanggal 16 -23 Juli, dengan konsep 7 + 1 dimana satu member mereka (Youkyoung) disebut sebagai half angels karena dia hanya berperan sebagai drummer band AOA bersama Jimin, Choa, Yuna, dan Mina.
Melalui Angels’ Story tujuh anggota digambarkan sebagai malaikat yang memandang dunia manusia melalui bola kristal, dan jatuh cinta dengan musik kemanusiaan. Youkyung, yang setengah malaikat, setengah manusia adalah kunci perantara yang menghubungkan ketujuh malaikat cantik turun kedunia.
AOA merilis single album pertamanya “Angel’s Story” pada 30 Juli dan memulai debut live perdana di M Countdown Mnet pada 9 Agustus 2012.
